All the settings to preform the actions are in production manager. And an outline of working with tiles & panels are in the manual. You may have to send the file (send as separate jobs or hold in list) and turn off advance after plot. You question is a little vague as to what part of the job...
File type aside. I think the hardware is severely lacking for current program demands and file handling. I have 4 rigs , the oldest is a Powerbook G4
1g ram & 40g HD. Mac is not nearly as demanding as Win. and i have not designed or Ripped on it in over a year. It's just way to slow. Not that it...
For 1 you seem to be pretty lean on Ram . What dose you system report as available? 2nd What version are exporting at ? Flexi has acceptable versions for import. Are you saving the file in a lower version than CS2? If not you should.
Only thing i didn't replace was the wiper scraper (kick-kick) meant to point that out. Did you watch him replace it? how hard is it? Do you cover the printer when not in use? Keep an air purifier near the printer?
Just had head & caps replaced this week (before warranty expires). I asked what i was looking at if i don't renew. $50 trip charge and $100 hour for service + cost of parts. @ 8-$850 for a head.
Windows is defiantly a step or two behind mac when it comes to font management In regards to auto activation and activation on the fly. Which can both be done with Suitcase Fusion.
Is this on print & cut jobs? Has default job properties been checked or has it changed? Still operating and connecting fine? Just missing job progress in rip & print dialog box? Dose production manager report job progress?
