If you only have flexi starter, and you can't find the option under arrange, then yes. I don't know what features are not available in flexi starter, but that may be one.

I think that he means starter, pro, etc. Flexi starter, even though it may be starter version 8.6, is still lacking many features of the real deal.

It is a long strip the runs the length of you printer and has hundreds and hundreds of little lines on it. Its purpose is to update the printer on where the head is at all times. If it is dirty, the signals being sent the the motherboard and fuzzy, and problems arise.

Maybe the cutting strip is worn on one part only, cause more effective cutting on other parts, leading to cutting through the backer?
