oooops sorry, I didn't have my Lorem Ipsum to English filter on. Seems like I saw a font like that once, too. But I can't find it now. I thought it was "Lorem Ipsum," it's not---not that I can find, anyway. Search the terms "Greeking," (the print term) or "Lorem Ipsum."

Does the Photoshop file have a bunch of layers? If so, are you trying to maintain those layers in Illustrator? That would be my guess... other than that, I'd be befuddled.

Why a TIF ...or JPG from Illustrator? If it's vector art, why not do as iSign suggests and send the AI ... or for that matter an EPS or PDF? As noted, you're not going to hit a flourescent color with CYMK printer, but you can make the orange vibrate with contrast --- purple outline maybe? ouch!

Here's another tip from The Vector Doctor...I don't know if it works with an Illustrator file, but it would be worth a try in the future. http://www.signs101.com/forums/showpost.php?p=106514&postcount=11 ...it's "da bomb" for PDFs.
