They deliver to me in their own truck , unfortunately some vinyl and heat press material no longer come in boxes or even have cardboard cores just bagged.they do have vinyl racks in the truck but come on , my printer wants a core to put end caps on . Prices have gone up since all their buyouts...

Windows updates is turned off - I pick and choose due to unwanted windows driver updates - so far so good on equipment updates and graphic programs . And ALWAYS HAVE A BACKUP - easer to undo than reloading updates

Also my computer used for printing is only on the internet for updates otherwise cat 5 line is disconnected. No web bs to screw things up

Brave , duck duck go , Firefox focus ...and Firefox ... no tracking I get enough junk mail in my spam box and e mail

I got some window guide felt from my window tinting buddy , thinnest he had - works great 1/4 inch strip down the length of the squeegee. Started using it when I printed clear , reflective and static cling. Scratch free multi color prints

Years back I purchased a heat gun with a Teflon end for rivets ( 2 sizes) also came with a circular needled air release tool . Worked great - don’t know if they still make them , I’ll have to dig mine up and check the make . Let you know when I find it unless someone else knows who made it .

If you’re just cutting download the free software on their website - worked for me before I sold mine

Unfortunately had the same issues and I I no longer use Them - I use to have many options here in pa but with all the mergers and buyouts I am left with fewer and fewer suppliers. ( grimco = pioneer, advantage sign ..... )
