Well it's hard to sequence these cuts...mostly long lines. So there is a bit of back and forth. It's cutting like the vinyl is not tracking straight from one end to the other, but Im watching it and it's not moving side to side.

Also why do you need 64GB ram? I think 16 is realistically plenty for most anything....if you need more than that, you need a full blown workstation, not a laptop.

Huh....printheads are the smallest expense for us on the latex printers. Not sure what you're doing to consider them a great expense. How often do you change them?

Add the cut lines to your file before you send to RIP. Draw boxes around whatever you want and convert them to contour cuts.

Same goes for cut vinyl....plotter doesn't care if it's printed or not...
