Mine were soaked to the bone when I first got that message...if you put the waste container back in the machine, it'll ask if new or not. Just tell it 'new' and go about your business. You'll know it when they need changed.

Sounds like somebody added a stroke to the lettering and the outlined the stroke. You can use the 'A' selection tool, select just the lettering without the outline, move it out of the way, you should be able to go Object>Path>Offset Path and recreate what was trying to be done beforehand...

You could try the hilbilly fix: Open the file again in flexi, send the print/cut file to production manager again, abort the print job, and the cut job should remain. I've never had that happen, so I don't know why it doesn't work, mine's just a suggestion to get the job out. Good luck.
