I've setup a couple CJV330 and UCJV330 printers, nice machines. Print and cut machines tend to be slow on the cutting side, but more than capable of producing some pretty good output. Some people run them for a while and swap to a dedicated vinyl cutter, but that's all just preference.

Likely your magnet has come out of alignment and needs to be adjusted. In some cases, the bracket can also become bent and that will cause that to happen. DO NOT add extra magnets, alignment is critical, and the printer needs to be able to break the connection as well.

The LogoJets are just Chinese printers. The printers are basically kits, so going to see boatloads of random brands selling them. Like Xante, Procolored and all them. Some claim to be made in the US, but are just assembled here, and they put crazy markup on them.

Drain it, strap the hell out of it and keep anything with ink in it the hell out of sunlight.

Could be media lifting up or similar, while there is some waviness and weirdness to the magenta, slight possibility of it being an issue with the ink itself.

Seeing as the previous owner threw away the shipping brackets, I'd avoid it. There is a LOT that can go wrong in shipping if these aren't secured properly. Another option is finding a specialty equipment mover that will at least insure the shipping.

5mm of ink would be a crazy amount of ink, doable, but shrinkage with UV inks at that thickness becomes a thing. Can compensate by making layered artwork though. Gantry gap is 50mm + 7-8mm head gap.

2" thick, but no rotary. Though, those tend to be dog slow and janky. CMYKLcLm plus White & Clear. Pretty typical flatbed.
