That's one of "major" problems with HP Latex printers : Color accuracy and print consistency. Creating a custom profile for some media to get the desired result, calibrating, wasting inks/substrates/time and losing money. Many reasons turned me away to buy an HP Latex.

HP Latex are awful and very bad printers. Personally I trust japanese, german and british tech companies when It come to printing and finishing machines. They're known for building robust and reliable machines.

The vinyl cutter depends on the size of your jobs. If you cut small stickers I don't recommend you a wide format cutter which will be expensive. I have the Epson SC-S40600 and a Roland GS-24 which is certainly a desktop vinyl cutter but it cuts on many materials accurately.
