I have CS6 running on laptop as well as a desktop computers, both on Windows 10, with no issues on either. I don't have Adobe CS or CC apps installed on my Surface 3, so i can't answer the second question, but I don't see why it would not work on the tablet platform on Windows 10.

HP does not manufacture a White ink for their Latex printers. If you have White ink in a Latex machine, it is a Mimaki Latex printer (or one that is rebranded as Ricoh).
