Just to verify paint peeling off the wall when sticking with Photo Tex - the key is the wall needs to be primed and painted, if there was no primer used then any adhesive can take the paint off. 99.5% of all surfaces are primed. Also like you mentioned just old paint jobs with several coating...

Yes PhotoTex is green. Biodegradable an PVC free . Also it's the only patent adhesive that is fully major when you use it. Check out everyone else life of the material. It varies as there adhesive continue to strengthen over time or weaken. Some only advise to stay on the wall, even indoors...

Hi Walter, I am using the Graphtec CB09UA-1 blade. This is the same type that came with my cutter in the beginning, it’s a good all around blade. I do have to change it out more often when cutting your PhotoTex but it’s a small price to pay with this new option.
