I've had some success
Four of my first successes were latex on matte vinyl. It cut them with ease. Then all of a sudden I throw gloss vinyl as well some gloss laminated vinyl and it doesn't read. I really need this machine to read off of glossy vinyl.

I tried several Sensing levels as well tweak some of the other settings, but to no avail. I will try this Onyx plug in and get back to this Thread so other Graphtec owners can find answer that work. Thanks for input.

The one feature that stands out is the fact I can cut all the way thru the backing.
What other cutter can do that one feature?
Does Mimaki have great cutters? Small text and clean contours? I'm looking into a 52'' and or the 62'' wide machines.
