  1. New Font ID Software: FindmyFont - My Review

That worked - thanks! It took me through the same set of windows as this morning, but this time it worked. Tried several times this morning too. Anyway, thanks for improving the software, I love it!
  2. New Font ID Software: FindmyFont - My Review

I attempted to do the upgrade download this morning upon receiving the prompt, but it wouldn't download. I sent an email from the website but got no reply. Would appreciate assistance. Thanks...
  3. printing on canvas

I really like the Neschen Monet canvas.
  4. Contours won't "combine"

    See my initial post.
  5. Contours won't "combine"

Bingo! That did it - thanks a bunch.
  6. Contours won't "combine"

Can't figure this out: I just imported an EPS file (from a professional designer) of a person's logo. There's one letter in particular (a capital "D") which, when "combined" (in CorelDraw X6) will not actually combine making the background color show through. Both contours of the D are...
  7. Rust on Coroplast

Ya, I always provide a "Care of your Banner" instructions on a little piece of paper with each banner, which instructs to always roll the banner up when not in use (printed side in for printed, and letter side out for vinyl) - do not fold banner, and preferably roll on a cardboard tube. Many...
  8. Rust on Coroplast

It's a friend of mine. I don't mind cleaning them up. I'm also doing a pile of other signs for said event.
  9. Rust on Coroplast

Strange how I didn't receive an email notification until now. There are eight 32"x39" signs which I'm just adding a little text to for an event, so replacing them is not viable. It's just a few rust stains which I thought there might be some (ahem) "miracle" solution to use; I suppose CLR...
  10. Rust on Coroplast

A customer of mine just brought in some coro signs which he stored outside. They have grommets in them, and now have rust marks on the white coro. Best way to remove the stains?
  11. new SP-540i on the way - hoping to get vibrant colors

Yes, I used some black Sintra. Use a poly-lock nut.
  12. X6 > Enter key

For you. For me (and others) it is.
  13. X6 > Enter key

But like a mosquito flying around you ear while you're in bed, it doesn't have to be a biggie to be annoying; especially when the neural pathways of your brain are wired to hit the enter key.
  14. new SP-540i on the way - hoping to get vibrant colors

...and don't forget to print it onto the media that you mostly print on. Colors will change slightly on different media. You almost need to make one on each different media (canvas, paper, banner, matte vinyl, gloss vinyl, etc) but I never did.
  15. new SP-540i on the way - hoping to get vibrant colors

You don't acquire one, you make one. Simply print off the palette in VW and after it's had a few hours to dry, cut it up into pieces as indicated by the cut marks which are printed as well. Then put together as shown.
  16. X6 > Enter key

    Weird.
  17. X6 > Enter key

Great, thanks for the reply, and for taking an interest in our comments & feedback. Lovin' X6!
  18. X6 > Enter key

I've noticed that when I enter a value into any of the number fields, like when entering a number for the size of an object, rotation angle, skew angle, etc, hitting the Enter key doesn't make it happen (in X6) as it it did in previous versions, one has to actually click the "Apply" button. I...
  19. Text to Alphabetical?

If one has a list of words (either paragraph or artistic text) in CorelDraw (X6), is there a way to change it to alphabetical order?
  20. Like Helvetica with a twist

I had drawn a J and an f, created a nice clean JPG, and used WtF ans WFI, to no avail. How did you do it?
