    I'd try downloading Graphtec Cutting Master and try using a couple different graphtec models trying to get it to work with your plotter.

    Right, pretty standard, but don't know many people that follow the 24hr "rule". Prints usually end up going right off the printer to the laminator, installed a few hours later. Speeding the process up with fans doesn't really help the gassing out period speed up....

  8. 3165RA & Contour Cutting

    What type of cutters are you using and having problems with 3165RA? I've found that Roland print/cut machines have problems cutting lammed materials in general. But have over come this buy upgrading to a graphtec with contour cutting.

    Learn illustrator efficiently and you'll never go back to FlexiSIGN! I used to love it but once I became well versed in Illustrator, I never looked back. You have so much more control in Illustrator. Unleash your creativity! Flexi is great for the basics, but Illustrator is the best.

    What do the lines look like? Do they go all the way across the print? Picture would help us diagnose your problem.

  12. Graphtec or Gerber?

    I've always been a fan of Graphtecs. Have used gerbers, Summas, Rolands.... Graphtecs are true work horses and have seen machines in service for decades.
  13. DIY Solvent Print Drying Bucket

    Not really sure why I'd need this.... Never had a problem with any solvent printer's prints not being dry enough when they come off the machine. What type of printer is this? Might want to check your ink densities, might be using way too much ink and cutting into your profits.
