I did select "piece" but the machine only detected the length of the piece.
The machine thinks the piece is 54" wide.
The machine does not detect the edges.
After you select "piece" is there something else that should be done?
I have a SolJet ProIII XC 540. Can I print pieces of vinyl in it? For instance can I print a 25" wide by 15 foot long piece of banner material?
Can I print a small piece of 24" x 24" vinyl?
I see the menue has a "PIECE" option, but it seems to only measure the leading and trailing edge of...
I've talked to one guy that is using it here in Tampa in his Roland. I says he has had no problems. The ink is compatable with OEM and you don't have to flush your system before using it. He said there is no difference in colors.
Oh Boy! I googled up Lockport, NY. Population just over 22,000.
Seems like you could walk down the street and introduce yourself to just about every business in the community in just a couple of weeks.
I do that here in Tampa and it works well for me.

I am wanting to know about after market inks such as SolarisRoland R1121 Series 440.
Is anyone using this ink, and if so what is your opinion of it, and are you happy with its preformance?
I can draw one up myself. I could use what I have cleaned up from the one sign that I used it on, but I would like to know where I can buy one.
You know, one that I can just type in the characters, and walla, I'm good to go.
I need to locate a font in which the characters are repesented in pieces of bamboo.
I have scaned and cleaned up this font in the past.
Does anyone know where I can find it?
Thanks
Gordy
I want to set-up my Roland XC 540 so that I can rip from Flexi. The Production Manager does not list the Roland SolJet ProIII XC540. How do I do it? What do I have to do to accomplish this?
Sign Works - Everything is working great. That was just the info that I needed. I knew that I was missing some navigational steps in there - I just couldn't figure out what they were. Your help and the help of others is GREATLY APPRIECIATED!
That's great news. Glad to hear you're having such good luck. Don't know anything about the machine but I sure you can dig up a lot of info on the internet.
Hey Sign Works - Thanks for the directions. I was ripping in print only.
Now another problem that I have is that the crop marks on the leading edge of the print media are set to close to the print and the top edge of the curved letters are not cutting.
How do I move the crop marks further...
