We love our XC. we used roland inks for the 2 years we were under warranty. Recently we switched to eleven ten inks. 80.00 per 440ml cart. Way cheaper and they perform like a champ... and they work with stock profiles.

try wiggling the print head back and forth as its running a clean cycle. You may not have a tight seal on the capping station. JD
