Thanks for the terms.
Yes, the printed vinyl will cover the entire 2nd surface of plexi.
The sign will be about 20 x 15 inch, with 1/4" thick plexi. No art works yet as of now.
my client def wants "printed" media on 2nd surface of plexi, installing directly onto the wall without any...
I have a slight concern for my next project.
My client wants to have plexi with face-mounted printed vinyl, then have it directly adhere to wall.
It sounded simple but come to think of it, you will be adhering VINYL on the wall and vinyl adhesive will be holding the weight of plexi...
So... Don't mean to bump up the old thread, but I got to talk to an exhibition coordinator at the museum and he told me "Transfer letters that Installer rubbed on the walls".

Thanks John!
That's a great idea to make your own hanging hardware. I wanted to use mirror hanging hardware but 1/4" was too thick for most of them. And ones big enough for 1/4" was ugly stainless steel ones and I was sure my client wouldn't approve of it.
Hi All
I have to hang 1/4" thick 30X40 inch Plexiglass and my clients don't want to drill holes on them.
I have no idea what my options are....
Does any of you have any suggestions?
Thanks!
FP
Thanks for the tips! I didn't even think about 45 degree table saw.
I thought only substrate cutter such as Keen cut does the job. Good way to save some money for now...
Dry Transfer looks like what it could be.... But it will be pretty hard to make a whole paragraph with them, won't it? Unless there is a way to "Print" a paragraph of dry transfer letters.
I don't think it was a waterslide as for that the text didn't have the distinct sheen around the letters...
Hi Moze
I thought of screen printing too, but some of the letters were peeled like vinyls.
I touched it and it felt so light as if it were made of paper. I have no clue.
