No i didn't, I got an Epson 80600 instead. It has made my life much easier. After much research it seems that the Mutoh cyan ink is the main cause. Mutoh exhanged heads on goodwill a couple of years ago but not anymore. My other Mutoh is beginning to slowly die aswell so maybe another Epson...

Thanks! I´ve tried this without results. I also cleaned the encoder strip. Today I turned one head off at a time and checked the results and I got the same kind of "overspray" on both heads. Mutoh tells me it´s likely a head that is failing but I doubt that both heads should fail at the same time.

Thanks! I replaced the cyan cartridges yesterday with new ones from another batch. After that I did about 3 small ink charges and a few cleanings. I also printed about 1x1m cyan so I think the new ink should have came through. This was without results though. Is there a way to turn off one head...

I didn't notice anything suspicious about the cables but I did unplug them and checked them just to be sure. One thing I´ve noticed however is that the nozzle check looks bad on both heads regarding the cyan. Maybe there isn't a problem with head nr2 since there are issues with cyan on both heads!?
