I had the same issue with the MSI board for this system when I first built it. It was a chipset issue and I just swapped out MBs with an ASUS M2NPV-VM. Its a gaming board but is one of the best in the bench tests for handling mad ass graphics. And its a cheap fix.

I print on Oracals chrome a lot with my Roland. Colors really look good.

I have an older Canon 3.2mp and havent had an issue yet. W/o any compression at full res it takes great shots. I like the macro feature for product pictures. I have tried both and like Corel. Its just an easier layout for the tool sand such for me. I know both are equally fine if you know them. I just like Corel.

If your software has overcut option. I use that and weed boxes for the PITA stuff.

The PC60 doesnt have a cut-off feature. I just keep a small utility knife at the machine.
