I had this problem too when I chanegd the maintenance station.
I first tougth the Y motor was defective.
Cleaned the Y encoder.
Found out when I removed the M station it would work fine.
Then I placed the M station again and lowered it concerning the heigth little by little.
Since then...

Then check the encoder test for y and other sensors to check first.

Thanks for sharing your result and method.
For others there is no need to remove the capacitors.
Just switch ON the machine with the power cable removed.
This would act as if the machine would start to work but cant get enough power so automaticly all capacitors will be drained to zero.

If the maintenance/headcap station does not seal while the head is parked on it, it will not pull inkt. Next step would be the pump.
Clean the tubes from the capping to the pump, those the clogging quickly.

I would first try to replace the fuse on the head to see if the machine is working again even if some nozzles are missing, then buy a new head.
After replacing the head adjustments need to be made. I have the service manual ready for download if you need it as it is explained there.

OK, If you replaced the head you have loosend one screw on the head unit.
If that one is not fixed correctly the belt is pulling the head at an angle. I found same thing when I adjusted the headheight the lever moved but the head stayed at the same height. Just worth to check the screw that...
