YES!!! This machine will heat up your shop. I have had to put a fan at the back just to help circulate the heat or else that area is way warm... M*

We have one of each. Love the HP a bit more, No maintnace better ink cost and can laminate immediatly after print. The Mutoh is a bit quicker, easier to change media and you can print on a scrap piece. So it depends on your output. But I do like the HP better overall. M*

What makes you think the price on a 60" Brand name printer will go below $10,000 ? I don't see that happening, even if they come out with a newer better version. And as far as materials go, your best bet is to P.M. Josh (Big Fish) as he specializes in materials for the HP Latex...M*
