Are you sure you are using the Aqueous profile and not the Solvent profiles? They make Phototex for both printer types. We use a Canon iPF8100 with the Phototex with great results. The setting we use was specific to the Canon. Try one of the built in profiles for something like Canvas or the like.

I've cut Phototex many times without issue on my Graphtec CE5000-60 with a standard 45 and 60 degree cleancut blades. The 60 does a better job but both work. Just do some test cuts and find a good pressure setting.

I used a larger version on Whatfontis and it did find something similar but not the exact font. the one that will work the best out of the choices presented for me was Myriad Apple SemiboldItalic which is a free font. Thanks!
