    Hi all, I just installed a new head, damper and cap top on my Sp-540v. The black and cyan (left side) I followed the service manual to a T, but now I cannot get any black or cyan ink to fire. I disconnected the tube coming from the cap top to the pump and pulled ink thru, still no black or cyan...

  3. Duotone swatch prints black only

    Can anyone help me with this? I am trying to print my Duotone swatch out of flexi 7.5, on the screen the colors look fine, but when I send it to print, it prints all the boxes black. has anyone else experienced this? I am using a Roland versacamm sp540v. / versaworks 3.3.1
