Duotone swatch prints black only

Can anyone help me with this?
I am trying to print my Duotone swatch out of flexi 7.5, on the screen the colors look fine, but when I send it to print, it prints all the boxes black. has anyone else experienced this? I am using a Roland versacamm sp540v. /

How did you define your duotone colors?

A Roland CAN'T print spot colors. The black you are getting is the RIP trying to interpolate the duotone - and it can't because the postscript contains no CMYK information.

Convert to RGB or CMYK to print.
