    Hello all, we have a HP L25500 with Onyx Rip. Our banners are printing about one inch short vertically, the vertical compensation is enabled on the printer is there any where else this can be fixed. Thank you.

  3. FC 7000 mark scan error glossy material

    Hello all, my FC7000 contour cuts great with matte material but when i use glossy material I get a mark scan error on the first registration mark. I'm using Corel Draw X5, cutting master 2, hpl25500, and a graphtec fc7000-75. Is there a special setting for glossy material. Thanks.
