Hello all, we have a HP L25500 with Onyx Rip. Our banners are printing about one inch short vertically, the vertical compensation is enabled on the printer is there any where else this can be fixed. Thank you.
One of the downsides to this machine is that it's not entirely accurate. Even in the manual it says banner is the worst with I believe 2% margin of error.
Anyways there is a scale correction in onyx's media manager under the basic print mode settings tab(of the media's profile) where you can print say a 36" strip, then input what length actually printed.
