I had an issue with my old com16 board had it replaced but then realized that the head was bad also, turn on machine saw light smoke from the print head...cable slight burnt .. so i got a new print head now powered on the machine without head cables connected and the f2 fuse on the com board...
I'm looking for parameters for a cjv150-130 anyone will to share theirs, i lost my back up, I'm running ES3 inks.
I paid a guy for online support for a firmware update and he messed up the original parameters changed some stuff.
So i need the orignial, any firmware update also ?
I've got a CJV150-130 does anyone have instructions on to how to go about chaning the cables in the trailing arm ? i need to change my cables since they are bad.

Print runs fine in print mode, anytime i try print/cut it gets it cut mode, cut head shift inot position then freezes the printer would need to turn off and back on.
Tried a test cut through the printer and same results. I get no error codes on screen, is it a bad board... bad cable ?
Need help, cjv150 won't cut freezes print, won't do a test cut either, i can print fine. Any time i send a print and cut it freezes when after the blade shift to position for cutting
Need a good icc profile, ones came with raster link, prints alot darker than original print, need something close.
Tried those from mimaki not much of a difference.

one cyan section has gone completely, done several cleans, custody wash and a ink fill up nothing so far. What else can I do or what could cause the problem
Installed a new head recently due to dead head, sent a job, printing for a couple seconds there was no ink coming out but i also realized my dampers were bad due to the printer staying down for a while.
My question is:
Is the head damaged already or should i just get new dampers and fill them...
