Hi I have a Mimaki JFX200 and a JFX200EX I would like to update the firmware but when i try I get a message for both that says 'Your product has the special version of firmware or it is a product that cannot be updated by the application.' Any way to still do this? Thanks

originally was coming out purple where i pulled too hard on purge but just magenta flowing now and flows through fine when purging

When I do air purge, never air, always ink, so I think the ink is there, would that still be the case if subtank was failing? Would it not be shouting at me with a warning from the sensors if the ink wasn't there? Or is it more a case of it not passing ink to the head? Thanks again, I really...
