    Good afternoon, An old customer came in today to have a few trucks lettered. I have a file from years ago, and my old faithful mac with Flexi still loaded will not read the software key! Is anyone able to convert this file to EPS? Thank you in advance!

  5. gx300 not cutting all the way

    My gx 300 is leaving little bits of uncut vinyl on each letter I cut. It seems like it should go passed where it would stop to complete the cut but it wont... Has this happened to anyone else.

  6. Printing on Gold....

    This might be a silly question....... I am printing some emblems for a fire truck. I am printing on vinyl efx engine-turn. When I print the image is transparent. Is there a way I can drop more ink to make the image more solid. Thanks in advance. I am also using the search option..........:doh:

    Why is it that I always have to trash the preferences. Is there another way..... The software picks random default fonts. Just venting!!!!!!!

  9. illustrator cut lines are gone

  11. VP540- cant read crop marks

    New guy here. I have printed the image and removed it to laminate. When I reload into the printer to cut it cant find the crop marks. I know I am doing something wrong..:Coffee: Mike Sirico
