You have to get permission from FedEx, or who ever owns the copyright. Let then get that for you, then you can print it for them once they show you proof they were given permission to reproduce it.

I don't suggest getting a Chinese cutter. There is nothing like a Roland to tell you the truth. If you search around i am sure you can find parts to fix your Roland that you have right now.

I really do not know. But on the net i found a place that already has them cut to that size. They have 20 sheets for $40.24. That's about $2.04 per sheet. Would be nice if i can find someone locally to cut some vinyl for me down to 13x19 size. Or heck even a 13"x50YD roll. Here is the link to...
