I was pretty sure that I've used/ordered this before in the distant past, maybe I am just phrasing my terms wrong? Looking for a "rigid" piece of edge trim to go across the top/bottom edge of banners(or paper) to sturdy them up & hang them from on walls. Anyone know where to purchase?

Might be an option that you have checked/unchecked while you are saving (like documents effects resolution, compatible with gradient printing, etc, etc), or maybe even a RIP setting that is causing graininess. For the fade itself, you need to have the colors set to the CMYK you like at the start...

Probably looking for something like LexEdge decals with those specs, but pictures or spec sheets would help a lot in determining the best material for the application.

You can make them out of FalconBoard(etc) if you're printing the faces on FalconBoard already. Just cutting halfway through and bending them into a little right triangle for each side. Then once they're done they're 100% recyclable!

We have been VERY happy with our FluidColor flatbed, and suggest you check them out. They are made in the USA also, and their service/support is top notch, AND they are user-serviceable for the most part. My only complaint is the software (TopJet) isn't exactly what I like, but that is just me...

You may have to set ALL artwork (both layers) as Overprints; not just the white layer, we had to do that when printing spot white ink with our old Epson through Onyx.

If your local tech is friendly and you know the parts is in good operating condition and it is just the "life counter" you can sometimes just have them reset it through the service program.
