Thanks Alan - I checked the hoses between the captop and the pump and they didn't seem to be super snug (made adjustments to them). If that doesn't work, I'll replace the cap top again with a new oem one. I can't recall if I used a 3rd party cap the last time.

The damper and cap top were recently replaced a few months ago. The pump is about 6 months old too.

UPDATE: installed a new OEM cap top and problem solved - full test draws!

I'm going to replace the cap top as soon as it arrives in the mail. Do your test draws recover after doing a clean? If so, I'd try replacing the cap top before the damper.

I'd replace it with an OEM cap top and go from there...

I've tried going the cheap route with generic parts and it only led me to more problems and improper fitment. I'm not saying to buy all OEM parts but for me, they were way less problematic vs. generic. Have you replaced the pump recently?
