Unfortunately, the 2 places (Fellers & Grimco) I used to get 48" 13oz. banner material from longer carry 48" rolls. Any advice on where else to look?

Looks like the network chip is attached to the main board :confused:. Is there anyone that can repair these. Or is a new mainboard in my future if I want to get this back up and running?? I've included a pic of the main board, there are a few lights lit.
