Mike it does stay clogged in the hole, I am using a different brand then I tested on the machine, the other brand worked it had a clear plastic like liner, what I have now is some kind of coated paper.

It is a UV printer I am not sure how I can turn the lamps off, also the ink doesn't cure without UV light.

I have a Mimaki UJV-160 and am having difficulty with window perf. I am new to this so I am probably just not doing something right. The problem is that the ink is curing between the holes on the perf and I have tried several tings to no avail. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
