:thankyou:Hi all. I purchased a new BN20 yesterday and the magenta does not appear to be crisp as the other colors. On the test print it looks as if it is banding. Does anybody know what could cause this? The dealer that installed the printer say he didn't know...I have included photos...
Every now and then, the cut will be jagged and not go through the thickness of the vinyl. I'm not sure what is causing this. See the "s" and "o" in the attachments. I have tried replacing the blade.
Any thoughts?
The magenta on the test print of my Roland VP300 has been very spotty and seems to getting worse. Can anybody diagnose what may be the problem?
Thanks and looking forward to your reply.
Does anybody know why the black text is fuzzy on the test print? I just purchased this machine used and I'm not quite sure on what maintenance has been done recently.
Thanks
I just bought a used Roland VP300. I plugged it in and did a test print. Then I look back to the inks and see that the cyan is where the black should be and vice versa.
I am new these types of printers....
Can I just swap these two inks back into the correct place or do I need to do some...
