    Why is my GX24 cutting like this?

    Every now and then, the cut will be jagged and not go through the thickness of the vinyl. I'm not sure what is causing this. See the "s" and "o" in the attachments. I have tried replacing the blade. Any thoughts?

    I just bought a used Roland VP300. I plugged it in and did a test print. Then I look back to the inks and see that the cyan is where the black should be and vice versa. I am new these types of printers.... Can I just swap these two inks back into the correct place or do I need to do some...
