Brand New BN20 - Magenta Banding/Crispness?

Hi all. I purchased a new BN20 yesterday and the magenta does not appear to be crisp as the other colors. On the test print it looks as if it is banding. Does anybody know what could cause this? The dealer that installed the printer say he didn't know...I have included photos.

First I would recommend you register your printer so you can call Roland for support and get the best service available.
