I just ordered a CJV200-160. Arrives next week. Have to say I'm very happy to wave goodbye to Roland. I'll be running 8 colours, don't mind the slower speed, I only print max res/high quality anyway. Did you buy one in the end? I can update in a week or two after having a play.

Hi all! what adhesive should i use for 12mm Makrolon water jet cut, vinyl backed letters. I backed the letters with 3M 80 series. I'm using standard locators (see image). I'm replacing a new black print head on a Mimaki JV3 160sp. The head has the transportation liquid in. Instructions say to flush the head with 'S Head Replacement Solution'. Do i have to use this? or will solvent solution do? What is the S Head replacement solution? Cheers in advance!:signs101:

Should i just switch a cap top over with another colour to see what happens? I'm not sure this will achieve much, i do think the seal is good and would i not have had at least one good test print after all the cleaning and nozzle washing i've done?

Of course Our signs look so damn cool! people always want to know where to get them. It's also for maintenance purposes. If the old customer sell up and the new one doesn't know where to get his signs cleaned or bulbs changed etc... It's worked for us numerous times. :)
