    Graphtec and HP 365 using Flexi sign latest version , offset cutting , up/down only

    We are currently operating on a Windows pc with a Graphtec FC8600 with a HP 365 Latex printer on Flexisign 22 The problem arose recently with offset cutting up and down on decals. Side to side is perfect. What did I screw up to start this issue. Used to perform flawlessly TIA

    Thank you very much for your response..that was basically what i was trying to explain. I did not realize it was channeled in there and had just adhesive on the bottom to hold it in place. I will tug harder now to get the old strip out and clean the trough as u mentioned... Regards Justin
