Graphtec and HP 365 using Flexi sign latest version , offset cutting , up/down only

We are currently operating on a Windows pc with a Graphtec FC8600 with a HP 365 Latex printer on Flexisign 22
The problem arose recently with offset cutting up and down on decals. Side to side is perfect. What did I screw up
to start this issue. Used to perform flawlessly
