With all the chat about what defines good "sign" design and what doesn't I would like some feedback on this sign. Sometimes, because I work alone and noboby here to bounce ideas off l feel, maybe I am getting out of whack a bit. A guy rang and I had to meet him onsite to discuss what he needed...
I finally got around to photographing this "signage" this morning even though it was raining. I almost vomit every time I go past this crap. Did the "designer" have any special effects buttons left over after he/she produced this rubbish? Check the tryout at prizmatizing the main copy, to say...
Could anyone help me with finding a supplier of small (1'x8") shaped with a point on the centre of the bottom (about 6'') to be pushed into the ground and used on golf courses. It would also be good if I could get them already powder coated ready to take vinyl. Any info would be greatly...
Can anyone tell me if there is a program, or how to convert OTF fonts into True Type? I use SignLab 5 and it does not accept OTF fonts. Any help would be appreciated.

After reading Marlene's post about the isnow storms up there, I would just like to add that Queensland is now facing the biggest Tropical Cyclone to ever hit Queensland. It is much bigger than Katrina and has wind volume larger than 300km/h at the eye. Combined with king tides this is going to...
My wife goes to a trendy dentist "Periodontist" at the coast with ocean views from his waiting room, lovely carpet etc etc and pays him his $230 for scale and clean which took less than ¾ hour. On the way out he tells her that if we need any engraving done he would be happy if we got him to do...
Now that I am older and stupid I would like to mark my skin. Last year when we went to the ISA show in Orlando and drove around seeing a tattoo parlour every block i made my mind up never to go to a lowballer tattoist. It was easy to see by their signs, the pride they had in theirv work. The...
I booked today and I will be arriving on 26th April and staying at Excalibur until Saturday 30th. Picking up a car and exploring from Sunday for a month. Would love to meet some 101'ers :thumb:
The floods have now receded in Queensland with the mess left to clean up. More bodies are being found and the worry of dead people still in flooded homes. On body was found 80km from where the person was last seen.
The rains have moved south and into Victoria where they will now be about to go...

I have a customer who is starting a website dedicated to putting names on cars, kinda like the "my family" thing except just names. I will be suppling the cut decals for her, but first she needs a catchy name for the business. I came up with AutoGrafix, which is very overused and also Car...
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have a friend who can't get Yahoo to open. I told her to try and open it through a Google search, but she says all it does is sit there and spin and won't open. Any help would be much appreciated. thx
Last weekend while out riding with the people we stopped at a small country town for lunch. This shop caught my eye and gave me a laugh as the name said exactly as the copy was doing!! Vinyl peeling up everywhere..:ROFLMAO:
Yesterday I went to pick up my new pet. My old cockatiel "Digger" died last January at 16½ years of age. Please meet Tobi, aged 7 weeks. She is the most gentle pet I have ever seen. She is sure to give me many years of happiness.:clapping:
