I have been going through a very similar issue. Were you able to fix your over spray issue yet?

I have never done a head soak before. I will look through the forms to find some instructions.

Test Print / Nozzle Test

Sorry to be a noob but is the nozzle test the same as a Print Test? Or is there a nozzle test under another menu?

I have had overspray and already changed the dampers which helped a little but I still have overspray. I am printing slowly to compensate at the moment. No overspray when printing slowly. Head height is down to lowest. (I have never raised it) 6 years running : 8 hours a day X 5 days a week...

Hi Clinton. Sorry, no advice here. I have the same issue with Light Cyan on my XC-540. Let me know if you figure this out. I have already changed my dampers and it did not resolve the overspray. I will let you know if we find a solution too. -Joey
