I've owned both - hands down the HP Latex. If i ever purchase again, HP all the way - so much easier and less problematic and I believe less expensive to maintain. Prints beautifully able to use immediately.
etsy has been sketchy - i'd rather pay a little more to get a legit business with solid turnarounds and good shipping options. You can't tell who you are dealing with. No websites - no contact other than ETSY messaging... it's been frustrating. Several advertised companies all have the same...
So far, I'm liking the DTF option of transfers for apparel. The vendors online I've used have been soooo slow - i like the gangup sheets of 22" wide. Shipping is an issue and makes me think they are being produced overseas. I would like to find a good reliable, fast shipping DTF vendor. Someone...
Thank you for the suggestion. So i would go into Production Manager and remove the Cutter.? Even though I'm using Flexi Cut to cut only? How do i get it back.? The company set it up for me and i'm not sure if there's a specific file stored on the hard drive - there is an HP folder with presets -...
ummm, would you please be specific? like do i reinstall flexi or is the cutter software on the pc? sorry for being so obtuse. p.s. thanks for the reply
Our cutter works perfectly fine from the HP barcodes after a printed piece is placed in the cutter.
What it won't do anymore is just cut from Flexi on vinyl that's not printed.
It keeps saying checking for connection/check the cables/insert media - of which of course I've done multiple times...

Roland SOLJETpro4 XF-64.
This big wide beautiful printer was a workhorse for us. Then one day it printed 300 posters, the next day it needed new heads which we cannot afford to replace. The authorized Roland tech who serviced it, said it would be $8000. We started small and replaced a bunch of...
We are getting a new to us Roland Soljet 4 xf640. In my versa camm i swapped out the Roland inks for Sun Chemical and had great success. The machine will be delivered flushed out and I'm wondering if anyone has swapped Roland ink in this machine with other ink that experienced any issues?
check out instantonemedia.com - they are an advertiser on this site - we use their vinyl for most our application. their prices are good and product good. great customer service.
