They are out of Ohio when I used to call for inks. They do not have my new Latex inks though & at times not happy with the Latex printer.

Cutting just fine as I had printed some the other day I laminated & cutting right now. Trying this in the morning. Thanks & I will let you know if its a go. I did have a technician call & he said the same thing and because we are in the middle of nowhere they are willing to talk us thru it.

Where would we find these fuses? I was printing when this happened, it just faded away.

My printer quit & I am not sure whats up, no error codes or anything. I can still cut yesterdays stuff but I think it's done printing til we get this resolved. Anybody have any advice. I have a call in to a fixer but we will see how long that takes. Thanks in advance!

I have this problem too all of a sudden, actually I left work for a hip replacement & now my contour cut has a thin white line. Any clues on how to avoid this, fix this?

Was a bad pic from my phone, I don't get his white line on the same file from my computer. His white line is on everything he prints.

Need some help understanding why my co-workers prints get this mysterious line but I don't. We use the same printer but different computers. We use Versaworks on a roland vesacamm 540. If you have seen this problem & fixed it, please help. Since I don't get the line, cleaning is not the problem...
