Need Help Line appears on co-workers print but not mine, same art, same printer.

Need some help understanding why my co-workers prints get this mysterious line but I don't. We use the same printer but different computers. We use Versaworks on a roland vesacamm 540. If you have seen this problem & fixed it, please help. Since I don't get the line, cleaning is not the problem. Thanks, tried to add a pic of this line but new at this asking for help thing... o i did it.

Same File? Honestly it looks like a PDF artifact from stitching multiple bmps together like it often does or a gradient breakup

Was a bad pic from my phone, I don't get his white line on the same file from my computer. His white line is on everything he prints.

what are the variables?

• are the files being designed by the same program and are the updates / versions the same for each program?
  
• is the file being ripped on different programs what about computers?

I have seen the RIP program make a BIG difference in how files are printed.
