    Test print, printer used, program used prior to sending it to Versa, would all help. Save the file as a PDF, add it as a job, and let us know how you go.

    THK bearings are made by the same company, located in many countries, if you are prepared to do some research, check it out.

    Vinyl off works.. Apply it and leave it for a couple of hours.. Must say though, it doesn't work on laminated printed material. Excellent for vinyl cut lettering though.

    I don't know where you get your info from regarding the so called Chinese motors, but 99% are produced in China and Taiwan. You won't get a Japanese motor. Roland have never made any of their own consumable items..Everything was outsourced. Epson produced the original heads, and that was about it.

  20. Need Help My Roland Versacamm 540 has just quit printing. It's going through the motions like it's printing but doesn't leave a drop of ink.

    If your print faded and not just stopped, I would be looking at dampers and ink supply. A photo of your last print and a test print would be helpful.
