There is a little plastic connector that the clean out tubes hook to. Shaped like and H in the maintenance station below the cap. That thing always plugs because the holes are tiny compared to the tubes.

You need to find a trial version of flexi 12. Go through the driver list and find the 1204. Then you need to copy it and rename with correct driver extension for 7.7 then put in the output driver folder in 7.7. Once you do this it will show up in the PM to add as new printer. is does have a...

Had this same thing happen last week after changing a head. Turned out to be the head cables. Replaced cables and stop getting the error

It has new dampers, new head, new maintenance station and new cables. Started about week into the new head. My outdoor jr has gone 12 years with less issues haha.

Has anyone had their 1204 do this?(see attached) It's fine if I do a clean with sm ink fill before printing. Does not matter the profile and does it for all colors on left end of the sheet.
