  1. braille signs

Hi there, I'm having trouble finding someone to do some laser engraving and braille for signs. Does anyone know of a place that will do laser engraved signs with braille if needed. I'm in Las Vegas, NV so it would be nice if it's close to our area.
  2. Rail cutter

I'm thinking of getting a Fletcher rail cutter. It says it cuts all the same materials as the vertical cutter but I'm wondering if anyone has any input on them. I cut a lot of 3/16" Ultra board. Are these any good?
  3. Sewing banners

We are going to start sewing banners because a customer requires Keder to be sewn onto the edge of the banner. I'm hoping I can get some input on what machine will work best. I have a picture attached and it looks like they have 4 rows of stitching holding this keder in place because it gets...
  4. Banner welding

I'm in the market for a banner hem welder and saw the Miller Weldmaster at the sign show a couple years ago. Just wondering if anyone has any input on these systems or if you can suggest anything better or comparable.
  5. Best 126" printer

I'm looking for a 10' printer, but the only one I see so far is the HP Latex 1500. It has about a 20' footprint and was wondering if anyone else has a good 10' printer that has a little smaller footprint.
  6. Large frosted vinyl

I'm installing a 45x94 piece of frosted vinyl that has a logo cut out of the center that's 18"x36". Should I transfer tape the whole piece or just the logo area in the center? It's bfree frosted vinyl from Mactac if that makes a difference.
  7. Best UV Flatbed out

Wondering what UV Flatbed is working best for people out there. I used the new Roland Flatbed (not the hybrid) at my last shop and the quality was great but it was really slow. Just wondering what is working good for everyone in the 100,000 or less price range.
  8. Printing direct to styrene

I'm trying to print direct to thin .020 styrene with our Roland Eco Solvent printer. It prints fine but the material curls up real bad after its trimmed out. The graphic has to go to the edge, it's full coverage ink. The customer doesn't want vinyl mounted to it so this was my only option...
  9. Best Outdoor Vinyl

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I'm wondering what people are using for outdoor printed vinyl mounted to dibond or aluminum. I always fear that it's going to start pealing on the edges so I try to use something aggressive. Let me know what's working good for you. Thanks!
