    The perf is extremely thick. So super heating monomeric vinyl and bending it 180 degrees around the feed roller on an HP Latex is not going to have good results. Printing on an eco solvent printer that’s loaded from the back eliminates all the problems. I print perf for my customers who need it...

    Try running in higher passes, say 12 pass to give it more time on the dryer. You can also do this by changing to Uni printing. Last, put a fan in front of it to help blow it dry! Bruce
