    Do not use the update.exe !! it sends other commands before the firmware data. Now the cutter waits only for the firmware file. get the send.exe comes with CE5000 firmware. or PM me, and I share a copy on my cloud Drive.

    Update app turns an online cutter to service mode. There is a Key combo for service mode. and you might be able to use a send.exe to send the firmware file directly to the port. Just like CE5000 firmware. I cannot remember now, It could be left+Right, but not sure.

    Can you share IP addresses used for the printer and Network cards on the PC. Onyx normally works just fine.

    If you have not follow the steps I have written, you have done nothing. Probably just let some dust to the encoder. Release and tighten back 2 screws, and the plate spring does the job.

    Roland rollers are special. the inner diameters are smaller than the outer ones. the middle roller different it is straight. Make sure using the right ones and installed them correctly.
