Hi we have a 16H getting an error message 3201 Failure to connect with print head. Turned things off and on checked usbs to be sure they are plugged in well turned windows firewall back off. Any other suggestions?

Many colors on our EFI 16H do not print solid some jobs it does not matter but many it does. See photo. I tried searching the EFi communities site but could not find an answer.

We did once. Needed matte black for a quick small job so applied matte lam to gloss and cut.

Anyone with an EFI 16H? I am nearly out of flush Ricoh is out and apparently efi is as well. Any recommendations for a substitute?

VENTING WHINNING AND COMPLAINING! Ricoh lost my ink order that is they did not ship to me it went elsewhere. Can not reach someone who can fix the problem in the mean time I am dangerously close to not being able to print. :(:mad:

We just picked up a used laser the electrician was here yesterday finishing the plugs breaker and such. Glad to see this thread no doubt there will be questions and panic at some point in the near future.

Thanks did not edge seal but the job has not come back fingers crossed

I am having the same problem. We applied perf to 4 Dodge Pro Masters back windows. 2 of them came back with in a year the lam appeared cracked like when a warp has been on too long but with out the discoloration. We reprinted and installed and within a couple weeks the perf was rolling up...

We have experienced the oily black in the past. It was only in one area it was one of the heaters/dryers going bad had to have it replaced. Due to the high heat some materials just don't do well. For the roll up banner material make sure it is intended for latex.
