the motor has a internal sensor to zero position when the pump is working and finish the sensor need to be in zero position when is not done you have an error.... this error is solved only replacing the pump..

Hi Mathew this is related with the cap adjustment. the most safe way to leave the printhead is in nozzle wash. this prevent the deflection of the nozzles.

Hi Pauly the head reference is 2mm and you can printing 4 pts. but it depends of the media. the maximum is 4mm but you lose quality.. what is the problem you have???

Hi yes your problem is a fuse or a short circuit in the head, if you see smoke, it is more likely that the head is damaged. Check these fuses. what printer do you have??

Hi there is only a simple way to know if the head is blocked only you should use a syringe with a filter to avoid breaking the head. if the ink goes out you can recover it otherwise you only lose time. Watch the following video and this will help you to carry out the process...
